SUSAN WARREN, Valley Hope Assistant Director of Clinical Services

Susan has been a leader in the behavioral health community for more than 13 years. She is a strong supporter of helping family members seek their own treatment. Susan is a licensed counselor in Arizona and has completed advanced studies in trauma, abuse, and deprivation.

MELISSA KINWORTHY, Valley Hope Outpatient Clinical Director

Melissa provides leadership and clinical direction for all Valley Hope outpatient facilities. A U.S. Army veteran, she has more than 10 years of clinical experience in substance use disorder treatment including working in Arizona with women with SUD and trauma.

PEGGY O’SULLIVAN, Valley Hope Arizona Continuum Executive Director

O’Sullivan is a seasoned leader and clinician with expertise and experience in the clinical and operational management of SUD treatment programs. She is instrumental in working with Valley Hope’s clinical team to elevate successful patient experiences and outcomes.

KATHY JOHNSTON, Valley Hope Nebraska Continuum Executive Director

Johnson has an extensive clinical and leadership background, including as a licensed drug and alcohol counselor, program director and executive leader of Valley Hope's residential facility in Nebraska. She is licensed in Kansas and Nebraska.
